IHIF Commercial, LLC has begun construction of a new park located on the southwest side of our property adjacent to NE Discovery Drive and the West Highlands Park neighborhood. This will be an active work area over the coming months as we complete grading, utilities, and site features for the future park space. Please check this site for any updates or traffic control measures.

Please be advised that parking spaces #22–28 on 5th Place NE will be temporarily closed during June 15th – June 18th for construction activities. We will install no-parking signs, cones, and temporary fencing during construction hours (7 AM – 4:30 PM). Please relocate vehicles prior to the start of work.

As of January 19^th Sidewalk & parking will be closed immediately adjacent to Lot 9 for pedestrian safety and equipment access.

IHIF Commercial, LLC will break ground on our IHIF Commercial project this month. You will see construction progress of:

• Survey for underground work

• Mobilize equipment and material to project site

• Set up traffic control

• Establish work limits and install erosion control components

Duration of First Phase of Discovery Drive Right of Way Work and Site Preparation for Issaquah High Street Collection Project is scheduled to start Spring 2025 and run through Fall of 2025. Please check back here for road and infrastructure improvements.
